General
With the RG1120PBZ-CKB from their Premium Series stretch the boundaries a little further. The basswood body is topped with poplar burl and finished in a Charcoal Black Burst as complex as this guitar's highly adaptable sound. Two DiMarzio Fusion Edge humbuckers are mounted and toggled using the 5-way selector switch and dyna-MIX10 system with alter-switch for even more tonal range. This heavy-lifter comes complete with its own gig bag and multi-tool.
The RG1120PBZ: High-Quality Finish
The dark ebony fretboard is fitted with 24 Jescar frets, each of which have received the Premium Ibanez fret-edge treatment to smooth out any sharp edges. The Wizard-profile neck has a super-flat 15.75-inch radius and coated with a super-fast feeling satin-gloss. The deep thought that has been dedicated to this model is best seen in the maple, walnut and purple heart 11-piece neck and the Edge-Zero II with Zero Point System, both of which ensure superior intonation and tuning stability, no matter how aggressive the vibrato.
