The Gio-Series Ibanez GRGR131EX doesn't just set you up with a comfortable and affordable learning tool, but an undeniably cool looking solid-body fitted with a sharp reversed headstock and coated in a light-eating matte-finish. The GRG neck profile coupled with the lightweight poplar body ensure a snug feel as you navigate your first riffs and licks, while the stable fixed bridge secures the tuning so you can focus on your fretwork. For a solid amplified sound, a pair of Infinity R humbuckers have been mounted and can be explored using the provided five-way selector switch, and tone and volume pot.

Heel tevreden, heb deze als eerste eigen gitaar gekocht voor de looks en heb er geen spijt van. Voor de prijs speelt ze heel goed voor zover ik kan vergelijken als beginner.
Een paar onbelangrijke minpuntjes naar mijn mening zijn onderandere het fretboard, dat als je het niet regelmatig poetst niet zo zwart is als op de foto's online, waardoor de fretaanduidingen minder zichtbaar zijn. (Misschien wel voordeel want zo leer je zonder fretaanduidingen te spelen)
Als je op de eerste twee snaren de eerste paar frets inhoudt en aanslaat, krijg je, niet ingeplugged een vreemd metaalachtig geluid. Ook is er geen tremolo, die ik nu wel mis.
De voordelen wegen desondanks veel meer door dan die onbenullige nadelen, zekereen aanrader voor beginners!

Bax was de enige nog welke deze gitaar in voorraad had! Heb hierdoor niet weken hoeven wachtern voordat ik deze thuis had staan.

Qua looks hoef ik niet veel te zeggen, deze is super, maar goed daarom heb ik dan ook dit exemplaar uitgezocht. enige minpunt is dat het fretboard niet zo mooi zwart is als op de foto..... maar dat ga ik later wel eens aanpakken met een daarvoor bestemde olie.

Wat betreft speelbaarheid en geluid, deze is super alhoewel ik nog maar een beginner ben en daar misschien dus niet het juiste vergelijkingsmateriaal bij ben (maar goed, de specialisten op het internet zijn het wel met me eens, dus dat ondersteund mijn gevoel!)
