General

Fender put classic looks, playing feel, and tone in the grubby mitts of any guitarist seeking vintage '60s sound. The delicately aged finish of the Vintera 60s Stratocaster makes it look like an instrument 60 years its senior. Since this guitar has been built in the Ensenada workshop in Mexico, you're getting solid and modern Fender-grade stability while paying less than you would for one of its American siblings. The bolt-on neck has the classic C-profile you'd find on any Strat built in the mid-sixties, and the slightly rounder 7.75 radius of the pau ferro fretboard finishes a smooth and snug feel.

The Vintera 60s Stratocaster: Versatile Vintage Amplification

It's not just the look and feel of this ode to an antique Strat that find its roots in the classic Fender models: the mounted pickups and electronics are just as accurately rendered. A set of Vintage-Style '60s Single-Coil Strat pickups form the familiar, trusted core while the 5-way switch, volume pot and pair of tone pots give you everything you need to shape the wide range of sweet to brutal tone this guitar is so famous for. The hardware seamlessly carries this vibe through with details like a vintage-style synchronised tremolo bridge and vintage-style tuners. This Limited Edition model has been given a Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer treatment which is finished by hand for an authentically vintage look!
