Ready to trade in your axe for something a little more modern, flexible and playable? Check out the all-new Fender Player Plus Stratocaster HSS! As the name suggests, this solid alder-bodied electric guitar features an HSS pickup configuration: a commanding Noiseless™ Strat® humbucker teamed up with two single-coils of the same breed. Simply flip the push/pull tone pot to coil-split the humbucker for even more tonal options.

The Player Plus Stratocaster HSS: A Modern Experience

Fender have decided to treat the Player Plus Series Strat to a maple neck with a Modern C profile and rounded fretboard edges, resulting in a played-in feel and a modern playing experience whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned session guitarist. On top of that, the 12" fretboard radius used here is flatter than the standard-Strat radius of 9.5", and combines with 22 medium jumbo frets and a slightly-wider-than-average nut for masses of comfort and playability.

Aimed at Ambitious Musicians

It's clear that Fender focus on go-getter guitarists with the Player Plus Stratocaster HSS. The instrument comes professionally finished with a 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo bridge fitted with steel block saddles to accommodate tasty vibratos, plus a set of short-post locking tuners and a Posiflex™ truss rod to seal up the stability all across the board.

Een zeer goede gitaar qua prijs / kwaliteit . Hier zitten zelfs locking tuners op wat je zelfs niet hebt bij de Fender Professional II.
De afwerking is zeer goed . De hals is iets breder 42,8 mm wat voor mijn dikke vingers wat gemakkelijker is voor het spelen van akkoorden ! Voor mij perfect : niet de goedkoopste Fender strat en zeker niet de duurste . Maar ideale verhouding .
Veel mensen denken dat een Fender maar goed is als hij uit de USA komt . Bedenk wel dat de fabriek in Mexico niet ver van de grens ligt van Amerika en dus dicht tegen de Fender fabriek in Corona als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel 😉

Wat een topper de top gitaar! De Fiesta Red-afwerking is oogverblindend. (Ik vind het zelf de aller-mooiste kleur voor een strat maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk) Het speelcomfort is supersmooth, o.a. dankzij de maple neck en medium jumbo frets.
Met zijn HSS-configuratie biedt deze gitaar een breed scala aan tonen, van heldere sprankeling tot krachtige punch.
Deze Mexican made Stratocaster geeft de meeste bang-for-your-buck als je het mij vraagt. Ik heb o.a. een Amerikaanse Professional met hetzelfde neck profiel, die was een stuk duurder maar zeker niet beter!
Of je nu een beginner bent of een doorgewinterde professional, deze Player Plus Stratocaster zal je zeker inspireren.
