General

The Fender Duo-Sonic HS in Black is a versatile electric guitar with an offset body from Fender's Mexican branch. Even though it's not manufactured in America, make no mistake, this is a genuine Fender model. It has an alder body and a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard and sounds just like a Fender should. With a C neck profile and a 9.5-inch radius it plays like a Fender should too. The Duo-Sonic has a shorter scale length than most other Fender models, measuring 24 inches. This gives it a unique sound that's just a little bit different from most other electric guitars out there.

Fender Duo-Sonic HS: versatile and robust

The Fender Duo-Sonic HS Black is equipped with a Strat Hardtail bridge so that the strings run through the body. This ensures that the string's vibrations are picked up accurately and produces excellent sustain and a solid sound. The are two pickups on board, a single coil in the neck position and a Duo-Sonic humbucker in the bridge position. The latter features a split function that can be activated using the push-pull volume control. This lets the humbucker function as a single coil for even more authentic Fender sounds. All in all, the Fender Duo-Sonic is a versatile electric guitar that excels in almost any genre.
