General

Part of the American Ultra Luxe Series, this might be the most high-end a Stratocaster has ever got. Timeless looks, contemporary playing comfort, and delicious, vintage Fender single-coil sound wiped clean of the vintage hum. Three Ultra Noiseless Vintage Strat pickups have been coupled with the classic control set-up of a five-way switch, a pair of tone pots and a single volume pot to add the finishing touches to full Alnico-V-shaped tone. Pop the volume pot to activate the S-1 switch, and the neck pickup is placed in parallel with the bridge pickup, or to the bridge and middle pickups combined. This ultra-versatile, premium model comes delivered in its very own deluxe hardshell case.

The American Ultra Luxe Stratocaster

The body of this Fender Strat has been carefully and especially refined to guarantee the ultimate playing experience. The contours have been deepened for any even more snug feel against your body, while the smoothly rounded off heel and neck-plate grant full and comfy fretboard access. The flatter-than-average D-profile of the neck gives the fret hand a tighter feel along with the medium jumbo frets, which have been made from durable stainless-steel, far extending the lifespan. To assure us of firm tuning, we get treated to Fender's very best Deluxe Staggered locking tuners and a TUSQ nut. And, since this is the incomparable American Ultra Luxe Strat, it's been suitably topped off with a stable Two-Point Deluxe Synchronized Tremolo bridge.

Zeer prachtige gitaar . De foto’s geven niet weer hoe mooi deze wel is ! Met de S1 switch extra mogelijkheden qua pickup combinaties . Een moderne strat met locking tuners . Evenwaardig aan de Fender Modshop en juist onder de Custom Shop .
Niet goedkoop , maar echt als je de koffer opendoet , deze vastneemt en speelt dan snap je het wel ! 👍

Het even geduurd voor ik hem had, officieel was er een lange levertijd op, maar in Apeldoorn lag hij in de winkel. Gevraagd of ik deze kon bestellen en dat ging. Ik had hem zelf willen halen, maar had geen tijd en het was 1,5 uur rijden voor mij tot Apeldoorn. Toen maar laten opsturen wat, enige minpuntje, wel erg lang duurde en door drukte (en misschien fouten in magazijn?) langer is blijven liggen als nodig. Ik kreeg hem pas 2 weken na bestelling.
Maar de gitaar voelt en speelt perfect. Sound is super en de noiseless pickups zijn inderdaad noiseless. Geen gekraak, gepiep. Maar natuurlijk hangt het ook van je effect af, maar mij beviel het goed. Mag natuurlijk ook wel voor deze prijs, top end van Fender :-)
