The first ever Fender Stratocaster took its first breath back in 1954, meaning that, in 2024, it's celebrating its 70th birthday. The Fender 70th Anniversary American Vintage II 1954 Stratocaster harks right back to the OG that started it all. This throwback love-note features a resonant, two-piece ash body finished in nitrocellulose lacquer and a two-colour sunburst paint-job, polishing off a stone-cold classic that drips with vintage charm. With this limited edition treat, you get a deluxe tweed case, a certificate of authenticity and a bulging goody bag of period-correct case candy.

The Fender 70th Anniversary American Vintage II 1954 Stratocaster: Pure Fender

Fender has kitted out the '54 Strat with a one-piece maple neck which, just like the body, has been sealed in a coat of nitrocellulose lacquer. The round, old-school 7.25 inch fretboard radius has been combined with a set of vintage frets to supply the smooth and supple playability that first made the Stratocaster such an icon. In terms of sound, this model boasts an exclusive three-pack of 70th Anniversary 1954 Single-Coil Strat pickups that guarantee the authentic sparkle and growl you would only expect from a Fender classic. Meanwhile, a Pure Vintage synchronised tremolo bridge and Fender Deluxe machine heads complete the satisfying vibe.
