General
Loaded with a pair of thick and fierce humbuckers, and the timeless, iconic look of a double-horned body: the Fazley FSG418 electric guitar comes fully prepped for solid rock, no matter your budget. Based on the classic model seen in the hands of legends like Angus Young of AC/DC and Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath, this tight axe has a slightly shorter 24.75-inch scale length, pulling the 22 frets closer together and making grabbing chords and riffs feel snug and controlled. The Fazley FSG is a solid instrument for the more serious beginner.
The FSG418: Fat Sound
Since the body is relatively thin and the basswood used to shape it is naturally light, this guitar has an immediately comfortable and more manageable feel. The basswood also lays down a clear and balanced, mid-range rich foundation sound while the pair of mounted passive humbuckers deliver masses of output without producing any unwanted buzz and hum. Fitted with a detailed set of volume and tone pots per pickup, the double-cut FSG418 can be tweaked to thicken up anything from metal to blues, grunge to pop, and indie to electro-rock.

Overall I think the build quality is very good for a guitar in this price range. Sound-wise it’s not a Gibson SG but has it’s own unique sound, which is very good. This of course, is amp dependant. The ’out of the box’ action height was to my liking and the strings looked fairly new. The paint finish was also acceptable considering the price.
The only downside was the delivery by Parcelforce. The item was in stock when I ordered it and I paid for 24 hour delivery. The guitar arrived 6 days later. Complete crap.
Nevertheless, I shall be visiting the Bax Music website again and also recommending them to any of my friends who may be looking for a good quality, cheap guitar.
Glad I took the risk.

een 10 voor de service en een 10 voor de gitaar.
Ik heb deze gitaar gisterenavond bestelt en heb hem de ochtend daarna gekregen dus de levering was super snel. Hij speelt heel goed, mooie kleur. De toon en volume knoppen doen het ook goed. Hij speelt echt heel fijn en de kleur is ook echt mooi. Zeker een aanrader voor een beginner!
