General

As part of their 5150 line, EVH offer an ST-styled model with a body shape that earns it the title, Parabellum. This electric guitar comes with every feature needed to take on any sonic opponent. The lightweight basswood body has a super-slim bolt-on neck and a beautifully balanced compound-radius fretboard with jumbo frets for fast-played, clean notes.

The 5150 Series Parabellum: Ready for Action

The combined features of the 5150 Series Parabellum make for an insane level of playability. A Top Loaded Floyd Rose FRTO2000 tremolo and matching R2 locking nut provide auxiliary support for the most maniacal of divebombs and a D-Tuna has even been fitted just behind the bottom-E fine tuner; flip the switch and immediately play in drop-D. Medium output Wolfgang humbuckers are mounted for that classic Eddie van Halen sound complete with immense sustain, round feedback. All of this is brought under control by a set of Bourns tone and volume potentiometers.
