While he may not consider himself a guitar hero, Ron Wood is still one of the most influential guitarists on the planet, and to honour his skills, ESP LTD present the TE-style Ron Wood Signature. Previously, this model was an exclusive ESP Custom Shop offering but has finally been made available to more budget conscious guitarists and Rolling Stones fanatics. The LTD edition has been built in Korea rather than Japan, which cuts production costs while retaining boutique-grade quality and granting access to the superb sound of a pair of Seymour Duncan pickups. The Ron Wood Signature comes complete with an ST-TE form-fit guitar case.

The LTD Ron Wood Maple: Outstanding Quality

The body has been hewn from a solid chunk of alder which is not just comfortably lightweight, but lays down a foundation of full basses, rich mids, and prominent trebles. This is the maple edition, so comes finished with a maple fretboard and neck to inject more spank and bite into the output when compared to the rosewood edition, and in terms of hardware, you're getting the tuning stability of a set of LTD closed oil-bed machine heads, a bone nut, and the optimal intonation provided by a flat-mount bridge with six adjustable saddles.

Seymour Duncan SH Configuration

The unique Seymour Duncan SH configuration plants a Hot Tele single-coil at the bridge to spit some timeless TE-style bite and growl and a '59 humbucker at the neck to shape a full and warm output that's packed with a vintage character. Toggled via a classic control section made up of a single tone pot, single volume pot, and a three-way switch, the Ron Wood Signature wields cleans just as gracefully as it does leads.
