General

ESP LTD's H-408BFM is an exceptionally durable 8-string electric guitar with a scale length of no less than 27 inches. As a result, the strings are extra long and offer metal guitarists the tension they need to drop tune their instrument. Other notable features naturally include the two added bass strings (a B and an F#) that further expand on this axe by allowing it to go properly deep. This is a very expressive guitar that also features a beautifully grained Flamed Maple top.

H-408BFM: tight 8-string sounds

The two active 808 humbuckers by the revered EMG company specialise in translating the 8-string tones clearly and accurately. They are supported by the rich resonance of the mahogany body and set-through neck. The set-through neck construction also allows you to reach even the highest frets with the greatest of ease, as a heel is virtually absent. Moreover, the H-408BFM's slender neck and extra large frets ensure smooth solos and riffs.
