General
Mahogany, maple, and rosewood have been used in many types of guitars because it's been proven over the years to be a successful combination of wood types. This ESP LTD EC-256 is equipped with a mahogany body and neck, a maple top, and a rosewood fretboard which combine to give it a powerful sound and the perfect mix of definition, clarity, and warmth. Finally, for a truly powerful sound, this guitar has been fitted with a TOM-style bridge and two ESP LTD humbucker pickups.

Prachtige gitaar.
Qua materialen en afwerking doet de ESP EC-256 niet onder voor andere merken die 4x zoveel kosten.
Op sommige punten zelfs beter.
Enige minpuntje en geen vijfde ster was de afstelling van de pickups.
Uit balans en bijna tegen de snaren aan.
Snel opgelost, maar toch.
Qua materialen en afwerking doet de ESP EC-256 niet onder voor andere merken die 4x zoveel kosten.
Op sommige punten zelfs beter.
Enige minpuntje en geen vijfde ster was de afstelling van de pickups.
Uit balans en bijna tegen de snaren aan.

Très bonne guitare !!
Pour un prix abordable, elle est top. La prise en main est parfaite, les mécanismes aussi. Les finitions, pas de défaut. Elle égale bon nombre dautres guitare plus chères. Idéal pour débuter (pour les autres aussi).
