Want rich-and-tight tone in lower tunings and a snug-feeling six-string? Get the Viper Series Deluxe Viper-1000 Baritone by ESP LTD and never look back. The slightly offset body shape of this blah scores bonus points alone, while the satin-gloss finish coats the whole thing in style, including the satisfyingly slim, thin-U-profile neck.

The Deluxe Viper-1000 Baritone: Tight, Clean and Rock-Solid in Lower Registers

Thanks to its 27" scale length, this ESP LTD model sounds tight and clean in the standard B-tuning as well as in C and even A. The LTD locking tuners and locking bridge-tailpiece combo combine to ensure spot-on intonation and eased re-strings while, plugged in, the Deluxe Viper-1000 Baritone depends on those EMG active humbuckers: a legendary '81' in the bridge position, plus a 60TW-R neck pickup that can be coil-split via the push/pull tone pot, giving you both rich yet tight double-coil tone and bright yet lower-pitched single-coil sounds.
