Stick Mastodon's Bill Kelliher in a room with a few ESP boffins for a while and what do you get? The ESP LTD BK-600 Signature. To lay down the foundation needed to shake the very ground beneath your feet, this progressive model has a full-thickness solid mahogany body with a classic Eclipse shape - but without the belly-cut - and comes coated in a unique Military Green Sunburst Satin finish. The result is an instrument gifted with lush and rich, yet potent sound. EC Form-Fit case included.
The ESP LTD BK-600 Bill Kelliher Signature
Kelliher has poured all of his stage and studio experience into this model, resulting in a highly detailed build and considered electronics. The ultra-stable, three-piece mahogany neck is bound to the body via a set-through join to maximise resonance and ensure that every last one of the twenty-two frets lined up along the ebony fretboard are easily reached. A set of locking tuners and a TonePros bridge and tailpiece firm up the tuning and intonation, while two Seymour Duncan Distortion humbuckers dole out a varied array of tonal profiles, all framed by tight basses and biting, prominent trebles. Pop the push-pull volume and tone pots to split the humbuckers and unleash shimmering single-coil style sound.
