Forged in the fires of Mount Doom, the Black Satin cloaked demon of tone that is the ESP E-II FRX is the most extreme member of the Forest family, so you'd better don the oven gloves and handle this one with care. Every inch of the brutal yet organic body shape has been carefully considered to result in a perfectly balanced instrument that sits beautifully in the hands so you can expect exacting Japanese craftsmanship and effortless playing comfort. The ESP E-II FRX comes complete with a hardshell case.
The ESP E-II FRX: From Clean to Metal
There's no doubt that the ESP E-II FRX is fully focussed on metal and its many children, but this guitar has way more to offer than just face-melting force. The alder body comes mounted with a legendary EMG 81 pickup at the bridge and an EMG 60TW-R pickup at the neck which can be coil-split via the neat push-pull tone pot for single-coil-flavoured output. And the treats don't end there, since this model is home to an Original Floyd Rose bridge, a Floyd Rose locking nut and a set of Gotoh Locking tuners to firm up the tuning and intonation.
