The D'Angelico Deluxe Bedford SH Limited Edition electric guitar adds a semi-hollow twist to the Bedford Series and comes with an F-hole cut-out in the top of the body for breath of acoustic warmth in its voice. The tone colour is shaped further by a trio of Seymour Duncan pickups, with the first being a SM-1b mini-humbucker at the bridge for typically bright single-coils high with the lows expected of a full-grown humbucker. In addition to this best-of-both-worlds type pickup, D'Angelico have opted for two Seymour Duncan STR-52-1s in the mid and neck position for a punch-filled and balanced amplified sound. The expert brand even throw in a matching case for worry-free storage and transport.

De art deco details zoals de Empire state building truss-rod afdekplaat en de custom stemknoppen zijn erg mooi. De limited edition kleur ziet er heel goed uit en de afwerking van frets en binding zijn van hoge kwaliteit. De Seymour Duncan pickups geven een zeer goed en gevarieerd geluid in de verschillende standen. Standaard straplocks en locking tuners zijn super. Ebbenhouten toets en knoppen zijn ook heel mooi, evenals de parelmoer en abalone inlays.
