The Charvel MJ Series DK24 HSH 2PT W is a pro-grade electric guitar that incorporates both pristine style and impressive performance. The 'W' in the model name refers to the wenge neck that's been hand-rubbed with oil. Wenge is a more sustainable alternative to Brazilian rosewood and is not only exceptionally stable, but resonance-enhancing, which is why the fretboard has been carved out of this tonewood as well, before being finished with 24 stainless steel frets and a compound radius to guarantee optimum playing comfort.
The MJ Series DK24 HSH 2 PT: Seymour Duncan Pickups
The HSH pickup loadout of this made-in-Japan model puts a Seymour Duncan Full Shred TB-10 humbucker in the bridge position, a Seymour Duncan Custom Flat Strat SSL-6 in the middle position, and a Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro APH-1N humbucker at the neck, completing a massively versatile configuration. From the big-and-rich tone of humbuckers to the vintage snap of a sparkling single-coil, this top-tier electric guitar can pour it all out with effortless ease. Last but not least, players are treated to a Gotoh Custom 510 tremolo bridge and Charvel locking tuners for superior tuning stability. A Charvel Multi-Fit Hardshell Gig Bag is included.
