General

While mostly known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne and Badlands, master guitarist Jake E. Lee was doing his own thing before he ever joined these bands. The most consistent factor throughout his career, however, has always been Charvel. The relationship between Lee and Charvel stretches back to the beginning and has yielded Jake several signature guitars so far - this Pro-Mod So-Cal model being the latest at the time of writing. In addition to a beefed-up Seymour Duncan JB SH-4 humbucker at the bridge, the Style 1 HSS HT RW features two DiMarzio SDS-1 single-coil pickups mounted in a slanted position for enhanced attack, setting you up with ample tonal flexibility. Also, the 21 frets lined along the rosewood fretboard show just how old-school of a guitarist Jake is and confirm the fact that neck pickups always sound better on 21 or 22-fret guitars.

Na veel you tube filmpjes gezien te hebben over deze gitaar had ik wel schrik !..de meesten kregen er 1 met allerlei gebreken ! wel kleine waar ik niet van zou wakker liggen en die simpel op te lossen zijn !..doe ik mijn doos open en bekijk de gitaar ! wel PERFECT IN ORDE echt ! er is niets te vinden dat niet goed of proper is ...en de nek ..echt ik speel al 40 jaar en nog NOOIT een gitaar gehad met zo een goede nek ! fabelachtig goed !..de rest ook dik in orde ! de klank is natuurlijk goesting .de single coils vind ik heel goed ..de seymour is niet zo mijn ding !..wat ik nog wil zeggen had ik die maar al eerder gekocht ..de beste die ik ooit had en er zijn er al wat gepaseert ha ha ...een 100 procent aanrader !!
