If you're currently rocking an 8-string electric guitar and want to kit it out with strings that are slightly 'heavier' than regular light top and wound strings, the Ibanez IEGS81 pack is a perfect pick. You're basically looking at a .010 - .054 set, plus a .065 low B string and a .074 F# string. Each steel string core has been wound with nickel for that famed and bright extended-range guitar sound.
