General

The Mega Slinky electric guitar strings have all that legendary Slinky feel, coupled with the sound you've come to expect from Ernie Ball. The American brand has labelled these strings 'essential' and not without reason. Slinky strings have been used by world renowned musicians for decades and their reliable sound can be heard in countless hit songs. This pack includes six strings, of which the low strings are comparable to those in the Ultra Slinky and Power Slinky Series. The high strings are ever-so-slightly thicker than the Ultras for increased volume, but thinner than the Power Slinkys to strike a happy medium between the two other variants.

Ernie Ball Quality

The core of these Mega Slinky strings is made of steel and wound with nickel-plated steel. Ever since the brand was established, the strings have been produced in America with great care to meet the highest quality standards. At the end of the production process, the strings are sealed inside a water and airtight package.
