General

This pack of Ernie Ball Light strings comes with a wound G-string, fully optimising them for jazz guitarists. But, unlike the Slinky Series wound-G strings, this medium-light-gauged set is made for much more than just jazz.

The wound strings have a hexagonal steel core wound with nickel-plated steel, while the unwound strings are made of specially tempered tin-plated high-carbon steel. Combined, this construction offers balanced warmth and bright sound, supporting a mass of techniques and genres.

Every Ernie Ball string is manufactured according to the highest standards and the most exacting specifications to guarantee consistently optimal performance and a longer lifespan.
