Not just protected by a patented K3 coating to ward off dirt and oxidisation, this set of DR Strings NPE-9 Hi-Def Neon electric guitar strings come dipped in neon pink for maximised stage-presence. The extra-hard coating has zero effect on the tone, but instead, ensures clearly projected and articulate sound for much longer, while the combination of a stainless-steel hex core with silver-plated nickel winding supports a more powerful high and mid-range, boosting the note definition and lengthening sustain - especially when compared to standard uncoated strings. This light-gauged set of strings can back up any playing technique.
