Fijne set snaren. Mooi gebalanceerd. De omwonden G maakt het geluid beter in evenwicht. Niet voor mensen die denken dat je hiermee enorme bends kunt maken. Ik gebruik de set op een Epiphone Broadway om er Jumpblues en rock ´n roll mee te spelen. De geslepen snaren geven een wat ronder geluid. Prettig als je electrisch speelt en je gitaar wat al te bright is. Kenny Vaughan speelt al jaren op telecasters met een set flatwounds en doet dit hier om al jaren. Gesealed dus lang houdbaar. Geeft niets als je dus een grotere hoeveelheid aanschaft en langer laat liggen.
Bax had ze op voorraad en leverde snel. Prima zaak dus.

Erg gewend geraakt aan deze fijne snaren. Mooie warme klank. Prima voor jazz, maar maak er muziek mee in allerlei verschillende stijlen. Snelle levering zoals gewend van Bax.

Mijn 1e ervaring met ECG24 flatwounds. Ik bespeel een Squire Telecaster DeluXe. Fijne gladde snaren, vinger verplaatsing verloopt zonder de bijgeluiden zoals bij roundwounds. Mooie volle toon. Voor mij zijn de 4e, 5e en 6e snaar echter net een tikje te stug dus ik probeer eens een set ECG23 als alternatief. Bax leverde zoals gebruikelijk snel. Vandaag besteld, morgen in huis. Dat schept vertrouwen.

Super smooth flat wound snaren. Heerlijk glad, om lekker snel en zonder frictie over je fretten te glijden. Wel had ik even geen rekening gehouden met het feit dat ook de g-snaar omwonden is in deze set. Wat betekent dat deze snaar een stuk strakker gespannen staat in de E-standaard stemming. Zeer warm en helder geluid. Aanrader voor de ervaren gitarist.
