The D'Addario EXL140-3D 10-52 Light Top Heavy Bottom Nickel Wound set bundles up three packs of six strings in a hybrid configuration, where the non-wound strings are pretty supple and gauged .010, .013 and .017, while the wound strings are relatively thick and gauged .030, .042 and .052, making these carbon-steel strings perfect for forceful rhythm parts, smooth bends and nimble solos.
