The Fender Mustang Bass is one of the most loved short-scale bass guitars in the world. Reason enough for daughter company, Squier, to present this fair-priced Classic Vibe Series, '60s-inspired electric bass. Able to provide every bassist's need, this offset model is not just suited for fledgling bassists with a smaller posture but more advanced players are set up with a great short-scale bass on the side. Plenty of playing joy is piled on by this compact powerhouse of a bass thanks to the C-profile neck, flat fretboard radius and narrow tall frets. Hook it up to your amp, twist the pots into place and get ready to unleash the sound of a classic Fender Split-Coil pickup. Prefer something a little more vintage or extra-mellow in your tone? Simply swap out the strings for a pack of flatwounds or tapewounds!
