General

When Sire teamed up with Marcus Miller, they had one goal in mind: to offer bassists a high-quality instrument for an affordable price. Needless to say, they hit the nail on the head with this Sire Marcus Miller V7 4ST Alder J-model bass in Black with everything on it. The alder body gives is a bright, lively base tone, but it also has an impressive low-range. The maple neck takes care of the clarity and a rosewood fretboard adds the right amount of warmth to the overall sound. The result is a balanced sound that's suitable for any style of music!

V7 4ST Alder: lots of tonal options

Another relatively unique aspect of this bass is its 18-volts preamp, which is powered by two 9-volt batteries and equipped with an effective 3-band EQ with mid-frequency control. This way, you can make the two single-coil Marcus Super Jazz pickups sound groovy when you want to play funk, full when you want to play reggae, or distinctive when you want to play metal. The heavy-mass bridge with string-thru body offers a sweet sustain and the bone string nut also contributes to the overall top-notch sound. The Sire Marcus Miller V7 4ST Alder Black RW bass is a top bass at a great price!

Sire Marcus Miller V7 4ST Alder Black RW
Wrote the following about Sire Marcus Miller V7 4ST Alder Black RW
Franchement...
