The Ibanez Bass Workshop range is known for high-quality basses with special features. For the EHB1505MS, that's a headless design with a multi-scale fretboard that subtly shifts from 32 to 30 inches. What's more, this ergonomic five-string bass features a seriously stable, 9-piece neck that's been reinforced with graphite and bolted to a lightweight, chambered body carved out of warm-sounding African mahogany.

The Ibanez EHB1505MS: Nordstrand Big Split Custom Pickups

Other high-quality details include the luminescent side dots, abalone offset position markers and twenty-four, medium-sized stainless steel frets, and the best is yet to come: two Nordstrand Big Split Custom pickups and an active preamp that sets you up with extensive tone controls so you can explore a broad spectrum of sounds, including passive tone. As a sweet bonus, Ibanez even includes a matching gig bag and a set of Schaller straplocks.
