The Ibanez BTB Series BTB865SC WKL 5-string bass features a 5-piece maple-and-walnut neck with graphite reinforcement rods that stabilise the build all the way to the headstock, a specially-developed MR5 mono-rail bridge that ensures excellent string isolation, and a pair of Bartolini BH2 humbucking pickups for beefy, hum-free, sound. Not only that, this ash-bodied bass has okoume wings for bright, sustain-rich sound supported by enhanced attack, a rosewood fretboard that chimes in with focussed mids, a removable finger ramp for comfortable string-plucking and, to top it all off with more pro-grade perks, you get a zero fret and an Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ complete with a 3-way mid-range frequency selector switch.
