General

Set up specifically for multi-scale bass guitars, every string in the DR Strings Dragon Skin+ Coated Bass pack has been tapered, so the thin-end makes contact with the bridge of your model, increasing resonance. Meanwhile, the stainless steel winding of each string has been wrapped around a round core before everything has been given an ultra-thin K3 coating which creates a hardened outer layer that effectively repels any dirt and grease while having zero effect on string vibration. The result is bright and fierce sound, excellent definition and powerful output. Basically these medium-gauged strings have been designed to do some hard work.
