General
This EFX cymbal has a 20-inch diameter and it comes from Zildjian's popular A Custom series. It has a relatively large bell, a bright sound and an impressive dynamic range, so there's a good reason that Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins uses these cymbals in his setup. The cutouts ensure that is has a quick response and give it a trashy effect, making it ideal for fast accents as they also reduce sustain.
Zildjian A Custom series
The Zildjian A Custom series of cymbals is know for its quick response and its bright sound. A Custom cymbals range from thin to medium weight and feature a brilliant finish. They are manufactured using rotary hammering techniques. While most A Custom models have a relatively small bell, there are a number of models, this one included that stand out by bucking that trend. Zildjian A Custom cymbals are suited for various styles of music, making them very popular with all-round drummers.
Cast Bronze
The Zildjian A Custom cymbals are cast from a special bronze alloy, the exact composition of which has been a Zildjian family secret for over 390 years. Although the process of further shaping and fine-tuning the cymbals has been modernised throughout the years, to this day, the craftsmen at Zildjian ensure that these cymbals are still valued highly in the drumming community. They're some of the best cymbals in the world!

Sabian is adding no fewer than 25 new cymbals to its range of products for the coming year. There are new additions to the AA, AAX, XSR, B8X and HHX series, as well as a number of interesting new Artisan Light and Artisan Elite cymbals. Zildjian has announced new K Custom Special Dry cymbals that have a delightful dry, dark sound with a short sustain.
