Wrote the following about Meinl HCS16TRS HCS Trash Stack 16-inch effect cymbal

Mooie, goed afgewerkte stack die een een krachtig accent neer zet.

Dat was de korte omschrijving, nu de lange. De trash stack is precies wat je er van zult verwachten, trashy. Of het mooi is te noemen ga ik niet zeggen, maar het is zeker een unieke klank. Zeer kort en scherp perfect om je accenten neer te zetten. In combi met een een warme hi-hat geeft het een verrassend strakke warme combinatie die perfect is voor pop en pop-rock nummers.

Qua uitstraling kun je eigenlijk nooit iets fout hebben aan de HCS lijn en daar is deze stack geen uitzondering op. Hij ziet er gewoon heel erg mooi uit, niet het belangrijkste maar wel een bonus.

Als extraatje zijn de twee losse bekkens ook nog eens zeer goed te gebruiken als china en trashcrash. Ze zijn dan wel wat kwetsbaarder dan conventionele bekkens, maar ze klinken wel goed.

Kortom, een hele unieke, veelzijdig, goed uitziende stack die je ook nog eens voor een hele aantrekkelijke prijs in huis hebt. Een echte aanrader.
