The 14-inch, B20 bronze alloy Fazley Century FX crash bears the two-tone texture of a traditionally finished outer edge and a brilliantly finished inner edge, that, combined with the six strategically placed holes that have been punched through the bow, make this crash sound like no other.
The Fazley CYM Century FX Crash
The six holes have an immense influence over the response of this cymbal, since they brutally interrupt the vibrations passing through and around the blade, giving the sound its distinctly raw, dirty 'aftertaste'. This rawness is framed by a bright and clear, trashy response with a medium-long sustain and a unique wash, making it multi-side accent cymbal that can be deployed to spice up pretty much any playing style.
