Ik ben tevreden over deze microfoon! En dat terwijl ik geen fan ben van de Shure normaal gesproken.. Mijn stem klinkt fijn door deze mic heen. Ook hoor ik de “S” en “P”’s minder heftig op deze mic, het klinkt wat gedempter net als wanneer ik adem haal. Sowieso raad ik altijd aan eerst de microfoon de testen voordat je er 1 haalt! Want bij elke stem klinkt het anders.

Voldoen prima. Werken naar volle tevredenheid. Aankoop is voor vervanging van 5 oude Shure microfoons. Deze voldeden prima, daarom "gewoon" weer dezelfde gekocht.

Ik was eerst heel enthousiast over de Shure SM58SE, een van de bekendste en meest populaire microfoons op de markt. Toen ik hem aanschafte, had ik grote verwachtingen van zijn prestaties en duurzaamheid. Helaas bleek dat deze verwachtingen niet werden waargemaakt.
Na nog geen jaar gebruik, werd de output van mijn SM58SE plotseling stuk. Het was alsof de microfoon plotseling oud en kapot was geworden. Toch wil ik eerlijk zeggen dat BAX, de leverancier van de Shure-producten, een goede service heeft geleverd. Zij waren altijd vriendelijk en bereid om een oplossing te vinden voor mijn probleem. Ze boodsten aan om de microfoon te repareren of een nieuwe te leveren, maar ik besloot om een nieuwe microfoon aan te schaffen.
In conclusie is de Shure SM58SE een teleurstellende ervaring geweest. Hoewel hij goede prestaties levert, is hij niet duurzaam genoeg om lang mee te gaan. Als je op zoek bent naar een goede kwaliteit microfoon die lang mee gaat, zou ik adviseren om een andere optie te kiezen.

De microfoon voelt heel stevig aan en is qua formaat ook superhandig om overal mee naar toe te nemen. Ook de 'mute'-knop is een heel handige feature. Het enige minpunt is dat je heel dicht bij de microfoon moet zijn om goed te zitten qua input-volume, zodanig dat de microfoon je stem warm en duidelijk kan registreren. Shure brengt altijd goede kwaliteit!
