Rating based on price/portability. I have sturdier stands, but this one I can chuck in a shoulder case and carry on the tube.
Light, sturdy for the weight and extremely practical.
I'll take my sturdier stands when I take the car, but this was a perfect portable stand for a gig. No problems at all on a very windy day.

I have just bought the SM58 and have many years experience of using different microphones. I have given it 4 stars rather than 5 as the Samson Q7 is a lot cheaper and I can see very little difference in the sound and quality. There is 2 years warranty with Shure.

De SM58 LCE en LC zijn beide bekend om hun hoge kwaliteit en prestaties. Ze zijn ontworpen om een heldere en zuivere signaal over te dragen, met een freqieuwebspectrum dat zich concentreert op de belangrijkste frequenties die voor menselijke stemmen van belang zijn.

Voor een mini-statief best hoog, vooral als je de telescoop en de hengel ook volledit uitschuift, maar verder een prima ding!
We gebruiken hem als micstand voor een 4x10 cab, en daar is hij prima voor. In hoogte instelbaar had naar mijn mening achter wege gelaten kunnen worden.
