A solid housing, a high-power neodymium capsule and a neat design - these are a few of the ingredients of the dynamic M1-S microphone by Rode. The M1-S is made to deliver top performances when it comes to vocals, speech or instrument amplification. Its warm sound is clear at all times and noiseless so that the M1-S is the ideal live microphone, partly thanks to the cardioid pickup pattern which ensures a direct recording of the frontal sound.

Rode M1-S: ease of use and design

The M1-S fits comfortably into your hand thanks to the smart design. It has a robust feel and a light weight. The on/off switch gives the user the option to switch the microphone on or off yourself. A built-in lock prevents accidental activation. Next to a lock for the on/off switch, the M1-S also has a lock for on the XLR input, so that the XLR cable will stay in the microphone. The black, ball-shaped mesh looks chic and durable. With the M1-S by Rode you are handling a great and reliable product.

Please note: it is usual with Rode microphones that one of the XLR pins (the grounding) extends a little bit further than the others.
