A stage and studio standard for decades already, the Shure SM57 instrument microphone now comes as part of a complete bundle, including an IVA 12 boom microphone stand, a five-metre-long XLR cable, an A25D microphone clip and a Shure 95A2313 leather pouch.
The Versatile Cardioid Dynamic Microphone
The Shure SM57 microphone is nothing short of a legend. The 40Hz tot 15kHz frequency range has been optimised for an array of instruments, including drums and percussion, guitar amplifiers and even wind and brass instruments, while the sound capture of the cardioid polar pattern is fully front-focussed, efficiently reducing ambient noise directed at the sides and resulting in clean and defined audio registration. Known for its durability as well as its solid reliability, this microphone has been the go-to for sound engineers the world over since it first dropped in 1965.
