With the Pioneer RB-VS1-K Control Vinyl, you can scratch to your heart's content. It's designed to be used in combination with Rekordbox DVS software. Play digital files and scratch them with the same feeling of authentic vinyl. Use them with the PLX-1000 or PLX-500 turntables by Pioneer and a compatible DJ mixer. This 12-inch timecode vinyl has a low latency, which means it will react directly to your touch!

Wrote the following about Pioneer DJ RB-VS1-K timecode vinyl

Afbeelding komt niet overeen met geleverd product, De RB-VS1-K is vernieuwd naar een versie dat lijkt op de RB-VD1-K, maar dan zonder het grote rekordbox logo. De vernieuwde DVS Vinyl ziet er beter uit, door een grotere "Cue sticker" voor het scratchen. Daarnaast is de vinyl cover nu ook volledig zwart met witte letters, geen rode letters meer. Naar mijn mening dus veel beter.

Het geluid van de naald op de Vinyl heeft inderdaad een hoger geluid maar is te verwaarlozen met het dragen van een headset of de master output harder aan te zetten.

Dit product is zeker een goed alternatief voor de RB-VD1-K, sinds Pioneer in 2018 aangaf dat er in deze versie fouten zitten. Dat artikel kan je vinden op hun pagina bij nieuws en dan zoeken naar RB-VD1-K.

In de verpakking zit helaas maar 1 control vinyl.

Het geluid wat van de timecode afkomt is veel hoger/luider dan die van Traktor of Serato. Hier merk je weinig van als het muziek volop blaast.

Controle met Rekordbox werkt goed maar het kan beter. De oplossing ligt meer bij de software dan de control vinyl.

They're quite a novelty, as they are Pioneer's first DJ controllers that work with the company's very own Rekordbox DJ software. By the looks of it, the main inspiration for the DDJ-RZ was Pioneer's top-segment DDJ-SZ DJ controller, while the DDJ-RX has been modelled after the DDJ-SX. Thanks to similar formats and layouts, transitioning from the SZ or SX to the RZ or RX will be a breeze!
