If you spend a lot of time scratching with your Traktor Scratch system, your timecode vinyl may eventually get damaged. Luckily these records are also available separately. This improved MK2 version is suited for Traktor Scratch 2.1.1 or higher. Traktor Scratch MK2 timecode vinyl offers you ultimate control with an authentic feel. The included marker stickers provide you with a clear reference point.

Het stuiteren van de naald is natuurlijk nooit goed, maar ik ben er nog niet op afgestraft bij deze platen.
Ze zien eruit als normale platen, gezien de zwarte kleur, wat ik altijd een pré vindt.
Als ze op de draaitafel liggen, piepen ze wel behoorlijk, maar goed, dat is natuurlijk ook zoals het hoort, omdat dat het signaal is waarmee Traktor Scratch Pro (bijvoorbeeld) werkt.
Scratchen is geen probleem. Achteruitspelen ook niet en hij werkt ook op 33, 45 en 78 bpm en alles met 20% pitch.
Ik gebruik hem zelf met Scratch Pro 2 en heb heel soms moeite om de signalen te calibreren. Of dat met mijn computer te maken heeft, met de naalden die niet schoon zijn of met de platen heb ik nog niet uitgezocht. Het komt net te weinig voor, waardoor ik er geen tijd voor vrij maak om het uit te zoeken.
Leuk speelgoed dus.

Friday 20 November 2015Native Instruments has announced that Traktor and all related software and hardware are now fully supported by Apple's latest operating system, OS X 10.11.1 El Capitan. Please note, however, that the Traktor 2.10.0 installer is still dependent on the latest drivers. When you install Traktor 2.10.0, this means you'll have to download the latest drivers in order to get it to function properly. To do so, visit the NI Service Center, click 'Update' and then 'Show Details' in the 'Driver and Patch Downloads' section.
