The Universal Audio UAD-2 Octo Custom is a PCI card with a good deal of processing power. And that certainly comes in handy when you're working with Universal Audio's high-grade UAD plugins! With the UAD-2 Octo, not even the most demanding audio engineers have to worry about overloading their computer. Place the card into the PCI Express slot of your PC or Mac, and you'll benefit from the power of eight processors.

The Custom bundle

Visit the Universal Audio website and you'll find a library of exceptionally accurate simulations of analogue sound equipment. The UAD 2 Octo Custom comes with a basic set of plugins: the Classic Audio Leveler, Classic Limiting Amplifiers, Pultec EQP-1A and the Realverb Pro. When you register your product, you can expand this Custom bundle by selecting three additional plugins free of charge.
