These Vic Firth X5BN drum sticks hickory X5B with nylon tip can be described as an extended version of the famous Vic Firth 5B drum sticks. This slightly longer model provides you with a greater reach and more power. The excellent qualities of the original Vic Firth 5B sticks have been retained: the X5BN have a considerable diameter and a wear-proof, good-looking hickory design. Thanks to their all-round character, these Vic Firth X5BN are suited for all playing styles.

This was announced on the Vic Firth Company's web site on July 27th, 2015.
