The Vic Firth 5BCO Chop Out drumsticks are made of hickory and have a relatively long taper for that classic 5B feel. Finished with sound-dampening rubber tips, these sticks are perfect for practice and while they're specifically aimed at marching drummers, other drummers and percussionists can just as easily pull fresh sounds out of their toms, snare and cymbals with these 5B Chop Out drumsticks.

This was announced on the Vic Firth Company's web site on July 27th, 2015.
