General
Pearl is known for their drums and hardware, but they have plenty of other goodies as well! These Pearl PDS-5B drum sticks with nylon tip are a great pair of sticks for a reasonable price. The 5Bs are a little heavier and more durable than the 5As, making them ideally suited for rock drummers, for instance, while the nylon tip gives especially the cymbal tone a lot more clarity.
