Ahead offers revolutionary drum sticks! They feature an aluminium core, which means that - contrary to wooden drum sticks - every Ahead drumstick has the exact same weight and balance. On top of that, they also last up to ten times longer!
Ahead LU Lars Ulrich aluminium core drum sticks
The special alloy used to create the cores ensures minimal variation in weight and balance, especially compared to wooden sticks, in which weight and balance can vary by up to 20%. With these Ahead drum sticks, that is reduced to a variation of up to just 1%! The built-in Vibration Reduction System (VRS), ensures your hands won't fatigue as fast, allowing you to play longer and keep your quick fills rolling smoothly. Other special features of these Ahead drum sticks, are their replaceable synthetic sleeves, rings and tips. Of course, these particular sticks are Lars Ulrich's signature models, meaning they prominently feature the Metallica logo and Lars' signature!
