Ahead's drumsticks feature an aluminium core, which means that, unlike regular wooden drum sticks, every Ahead drumstick has the exact same weight and balance. On top of that, they last up to ten times longer.

Ahead JJ1 Speedmetal Alu-Core Drumsticks

The result of precision-alloying, the aluminium core guarantees no more than 1% of variation in weight and balance between sticks. Meanwhile, the built-in VRS (Vibration Reduction System) reduces fatigue so you can drum for longer without dropping the speed. What's also unique about the Ahead JJ1 drumsticks is that the covers, rings and tips can be replaced as needed.

Speel deze stokken al 5 jaar en zeer tevreden er mee. Je merkt dan wel na 5 jaar dat ze goed stevig zijn en toch voor slijten wel redelijk stevig zijn

Voorlopig tevreden... Toch iets wat misnoegd over de plastieken cover, ik heb na 4 a 5 repetities van ongeveer elk een 3 tal uur al een nieuwe covers mogen op plaatsen had toch gedacht dat deze slijtvaster gingen zijn...

Anders vind ik persoonlijk een plezier om mee te spelen!
