Zildjian Reflexx Conditioning Pad 6 inch (2-Sided)

The two-sided Zildjian Reflexx Conditioning Pad supports two different drumming exercises to help trains and hone muscles in the arms, wrists and fingers. Both sides of this practice pad are thicker than most models, ensuring that the volume of the Reflexx Conditioning Pad is reduced by a good 50%. The upper side is finished with a 3/4 inch Reflexx playing surface that's been primed for drilling an array of techniques and for developing speed. The underside has been finished a 1/2 inch Workk playing surface which is a little more resistant and has a touch less rebound to it, making it ideal for working on the upper arm and forearm as well as specific wrist movements. This pad comes in two sizes: 10 inch and 6 inch. This is the 6 inch edition.
