The Zildjian Reflexx Conditioning Pad offers drummers two ways to train the muscles in their arms, wrists and fingers. Available in 6" and 10" form, this double-sided practice pad is up to 50% quieter than other models, featuring a 3/4" thick Reflexx side for technique development and speed training, and a 1/2" Workk surface on the flip side which is more rigid and a lot less bouncy so you can work on specific wrist movements and train your upper and lower arm muscles.
