Ik wil zeggen dat 6 inch en 12 inch allebei prima zijn, bij 6 inch is nog stiller en met deze kun je gerust harder slaan en is veel stiller dan de 12 inch. Allebei is inderdaad stil maar een veel stiller dan ander.
Ik heb ze allebei nu, 6 inch en 12 inch en ik wil ze allebei niet kwijt omdat ik nu keuze heb daar op spelen of daarop. Overdag neem ik zeker 12 inch dan kan ik beetje er los op spelen, niemand klaagt hier over het lawaai nee, het is stil en als je heel dichtbij staat dan is soort van tikkend geluid maar het is helemaal niet storend! Ik ben heel blij mee! 12 inch heb ik cadeautje gekregen van Pa en Ma dat maakt nog leuker en waardevoller. Allebei goede keuze, 6 of 12 inch. Het is maar waar jou smaak is.
Je kunt de antislip onderkant eventueel ook gebruiken om op te spelen. Deze klinkt en speelt harder.
Ik heb er zelf al veel plezier van gehad. Een goedkoop (en minder ideaal) alternatief is je drumkruk als oefenpad gebruiken ;)

Tuesday 28 July 2015Sad news from the United States: Everett 'Vic' Firth, founder of the renowned Vic Firth brand of drumsticks, has passed away at age 85. This was announced on the Vic Firth Company's web site on July 27th, 2015. Everett Firth was a pioneer in the world of drumsticks and mallets, and ever since the 1960s he's been setting the bar for the companies that followed.
