A solid beginner's set-up, the Mapex Comet Fusion Drum Kit bundles up a bass drum, two toms, a floor tom and a snare with a complete hardware and cymbal pack. This kit features a fusion configuration, so the kick drum has a slightly tighter 18 inch diameter, making it ideal for backing up genres in need of a focussed drum sound, like jazz, funk and even pop. Each drum shell has been made from poplar wood which, combined with the pre-installed set of Remo drumheads, shapes classic and warm, versatile sound backed up by plenty of punch. Add on the included Mapex hi-hat and crash cymbals, the snare stand, hi-hat stand, cymbal stand, drum stool and kick drum pedal, and you have a solid starting point for any student drummer.
