Coated in a lush Molten Dark Raspberry Fade, this Tama-built Starclassic three-piece includes a 22 by 14 inch kick drum, a 12 by 8 inch hanging tom, and a 16 by 16 inch floor tom, each made from a walnut and birch hybrid combo. Both the tom and floor tom have a 5mm-thick shell wall made up of four outer layers of birch and two inner layers of walnut, while the bass drum has a five-layer birch and two-layer walnut construction to result in a 8mm-thick wall.

The birch gives the attack a more-than-healthy dose of clarity and punch, while the walnut boosts the warmth to complete a balanced sound with plenty of presence. Each shell comes fitted with Die-Cast rims, a set of Starclassic lugs, and the whole three-piece set comes with an MC69 mount for the hanging tom which features Tama's Star-Cast suspension system. So drummers can build their own custom kit, this set doesn't come including hardware, cymbals, or a snare.
