Pearl's best selling drums are back: the Export Series! The new Pearl Export drum sets now feature Pearl's Superior Shell Technology and come equipped with the Opti-Loc tom mounting system, brand new 830 series hardware and the P-930 Demonator bass drum pedal.

Pearl EXX725S-C702 Export Electric Blue Sparkle: lugs

With the new lugs, Pearl is emphasizing the 'sound comes first' philosophy, as they have been designed to improve the Export's sound. The lightweight lugs make minimal contact with the shell of the drum to maximise resonance. Plus, they have a sleek modern look, with a nod to the classic Pearl lugs. The Export in Electric Blue Sparkle comes equipped with the new Opti-Loc tom mounting system that provides more stability and better resonance.

Shells

The deep, rich tone of this Pearl Export drum set with Electric Blue Sparkle finish comes from the carefully crafted shells, that are made from Asian mahogany and poplar. Every shell is crafted in line with Pearl's legendary Superior Shell Technology system, which uses extreme heat, precision cutting, hydraulic pressure and Pearl's patented Acoustiglue to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber. The 6-ply 7mm mahogany and poplar snare drum has the same finish as the rest of the drum set.
